Factions and Leaders Card

[edit]

The Factions and Leaders Card of this article is somewhat confusing: anti-rwandan, anti-ugandan and anti-burundi militias are listed under the same tab as the DR Congo coalition, which may mislead people not throughly familiarized with the subject into thinking that all of them were part of a common alliance, while actually many of these militias, such as the FDLR and LRA were genocidal and opposed by all of the states involved. That problem is not present on the Uganda-Rwanda-Burundi tab, as it does properly recognize the militias listed there as "rwandan- and ugandan-aligned" militias. I therefore suggest that a third tab or a proper subdivision on the second tab should be created, so that the pro-government coalition and factions aligned with it is left on one side and the militias working against Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, but also against the DR Congo and its allies, be left on another side. I would do it myself but I have little editing expierence, so I make this call to my fellow Wikipedians to do it in my place. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ZhiliTayN (talkcontribs) 15:18, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Acknowledged, although I'm so late. I will do more research, try and verify this, and see what I can do. Caehlla (talk) 11:26, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
PS: I do need some sources to verify this. Caehlla (talk) 12:44, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Israeli and Central African Republic Involvement

[edit]

I was looking at the page and noticed on the map of countries involved in the conflict two countries colored in, Israel and the Central African Republic, were not mentioned in the Wikipedia page, and I could not find much on their involvement elsewhere. How much were they involved in the conflict? If they were not involved in the conflict the map should probably be replaced. Eons of Mollusk (talk) 05:05, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Bad lead

[edit]

The lead says "involved some of the same issues." but doesn't itself explain why the war started.FlalfTalk 14:06, 5 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, this I will review. For now, consider this concern acknowledged. Caehlla (talk) 11:30, 28 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
