As per discussion on Talk:Assemblage 23 and Category talk:Goth, removing from Category:Goth and adding to List of non-goth musical artists popular within goth subculture. - Korpios 02:08, 20 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Yes, but if it's not goth why do goth clubs play their music? ;) (Well of course they're not goth, but that is just an observation) --68.80.190.94 02:51, 17 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Well, because it is popular in the goth subculture. And more industrial klubz play it than goth clubs. :)

Music played at a goth event isn't the same like goth music. The goth subculture of today has definitely no own music. --~Menorrhea 20:09, 28 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Should we discuss the common melody they put into almost all of their songs that aren't remixes? The melody most prominent in Red Queen? If you've heard an album from the band you'd know what I'm talking about. Detha 13:04, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just saw the reference warning so I added some, properly referenced, info from allmusic guide. I guess there will be some strong objections on the usage of allmusic but, in absence of any other third-party reference, this is better than nothing.--Dipa1965 (talk) 19:14, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Allmusic should be fine, providing that John Bush is a staff writer. Marasmusine (talk) 19:58, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
He has contributed many of their articles for bands, afaik.--Dipa1965 (talk) 13:48, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Allmusic is the last crap. An absolutely unreliable source. Funker Vogt has nothing to do with the traditional EBM style. Their style is more aggressive and technoid. They used the atypical CS1X Yamaha Synthesizer, a dance music synth. EBM groups used synths like Oberheim Matrix 6, Yamaha DX7 and Roland SH-101. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.134.6.35 (talk) 10:53, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of individual albums?

[edit]

Each album seems to have its own article/stub. Are they so notable or should they just be redirected back to the artist? --Ifnord (talk) 20:42, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
