Theodore von Kármán (1881–1963) was a Hungarian-American mathematician, aerospace engineer and physicist who worked in aeronautics and astronautics. He was responsible for crucial advances in aerodynamics characterizing supersonic airflow. The human-defined threshold of outer space is named the Kármán line in recognition of his work. Hi! I am Varadarajan, a native of Cochin, in the state of Kerala. Currently I am a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India.

I was introduced to this Borgesian world of Wikipedia by my friend Amar V Chandra. I am deeply indebted to him for this.

Here, I have mostly been doing minor corrections and editing. Apart from this, I have started a few entries on lesser known writers on philosophy and literature.
