This is a nice page. Have edited it to reflect my contribution to wikipedia of the Thoburn v Sunderland City Council Case and have used the nicley pre-typed judgment in the Thoburn case from this page, thank you. Will 13:44, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of Subjectivity

Isn't this merely the 'Whig interpretation of history'?

I have added the POV template. The article implies that a) there are fundamental laws of England - is that a fact? and b) that the laws and documents listed are such fundamental laws - in whose opinion?

Your question is answered by the first sentence of the article "William Blackstone described the Fundamental Laws of England in Commentaries on the Laws of England" and goes on to describe others. It is not a clear-cut matter as to what are the fundamental laws of England but then few topics are clear-cut if examined in sufficient detail. --IanOfNorwich (talk) 11:42, 7 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
