It's a regional name for a hooded sweatshirt, typically with a front pouch. The term is used in Saskatchewan.

Particularly in Saskatchewan, the "bunny hug" or "bunnyhug" is the same as what is referred to as a "hoodie" in other regions. That is, it is a hooded sweat shirt with a single pocket at waist level with openings on the right and left sides of the pocket.
